Third-Party Payments

Telegram uses third-party payment processors to facilitate secure and effortless purchases of Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars.

These may be acquired via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in which case the transaction is processed and billed by the respective platform provider in accordance with its terms and conditions. In cases where such purchases are made via card-based payment methods, they are processed by independent third parties which may include:

• Smart Glocal Services Limited (Hong Kong) – Rooms 1101–03, 11/F, China Hong Kong Tower, 8–12 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, governed by the laws of Hong Kong;
• Smart Glocal Limited (United Kingdom) – Office 429, Avon House, Avonmore Road, London, England, W14 8TS, governed by English law;
• Smart Glocal Services Inc. (United States) – 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA, governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Telegram is not a party to transactions between you and the above entities.
